Notice to Mariners No. 61 of 2026 (Temp)

SOUTH AUSTRALIA – SPENCER GULF - PORT LINCOLN – BILLY LIGHTS POINT – VESSEL EXCLUSION ZONE

Mariners are advised that there will be an exclusion zone to the South of Billy Lights Point, Port Lincoln as bounded by the following positions:

Dredge Works

• Shore Pt 1 –   34° 45’ 09” S / 135° 53’ 05” E
• Shore Pt 2 –   34° 45’ 10” S / 135° 53’ 03” E
• MB 01 –          34° 45’ 24” S / 135° 53’ 15” E
• MB 02 –          34° 45’ 34” S / 135° 53’ 09” E
• MB 03 –          34° 45’ 44” S / 135° 53’ 03” E
• MB 04 –          34° 46’ 01” S / 135° 52’ 54” E
• MB 05 –          34° 45’ 54” S / 135° 52’ 36” E
• MB 06 –          34° 45’ 43” S / 135° 52’ 42” E

The area will be marked with yellow surface buoys with White flashing light Fl W 5s range 1-2 nautical miles.

The Exclusion zone will be in place until Early January 2027.

Mariners are advised to navigate with caution when in the area.
