Notice to Mariners No. 08 of 2026

SOUTH AUSTRALIA – GULF ST VINCENT – WIRRINA COVE – NEW NAVIGATION BEACON

Mariners are advised that a new sectored port entry light has been installed at Wirrina Cove to direct mariners into the marina. The new light is located in GDA2020 position 35° 30’ 04.21”S 138° 14’ 21.33”E and has the following characteristics:

Fixed Direction Light, Dir WRG, range 2 nautical miles
Lead bearing 180.6°
F G 176.1°-179.1° (3°), F W 179.1°-182.1° (3°), F R 182.1°-185.1° (3°)

Mariners are advised to navigate with caution in the area.
